This issue is being studied by researchers and international traffic centers because of the delay in services and products and negative economic effect that traffic problem causes. It is difficult to improve the traffic system performance by using the traditional control methods. Many studies had been conducted using the fuzzy logic system and neural network to control the road intersections. In this article, the artificial intelligence traffic control principles and approaches which applied in the traffic signal control will be reviewed. Some points of view about future research in this area are proposed. The quadrotor control and autonomy is a challenging task as the quadrotor system is considered underactuated system. The aim of this paper is to present the specification and the implementation of an autonomous quadrotor delivery system that fuses data from camera and IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) to allow for high precision visual-inertial navigation. In this paper, an autonomous quadrotor delivery system is proposed. The specification of the system is proposed. The implementation of the system introduced SolidWorks design for the system, mathematical modelling for the pickup and delivery problem (PDP). Simulation results using MATLB have been shown for the implementation of the model, control system and the simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) using Extended Kalman Filter algorithm (EKF-SLAM) used for making the system autonomous. The proposed ITC system is designed as a dynamic system by using a fuzzy expert system; the fuzzy rules are applied in the visual basic and computer-based program (Excel) to run the validation process. The developed control system applied on five intersections in the grid network at four periods. The results show that the number of vehicles passing the intersection phases is increased in most phases by an average of 12.9% at the first period, 23.3% at the second period, 10.4% at the third period and by 21.2% at the fourth period. For the same periods, the phases green time is increased by an average of 9.1%, 5.8%, 9.9% and 6.3%. Many international SPI models/standards, such as; ISO, Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI), SPICE, Trillium…etc, are developed for SPI. Numerous software development companies have chosen to utilize CMMI to access and improve their current software development process, because CMMI is one of the most widespread and acknowledged SPI models. Unfortunately, CMMI does not provide a systematic way of determining how to improve the process. That is, CMMI defines "what to do" but leaving "how to do it" to organizations. Thus, it is desirable to have a means to guide the companies in the development of action plans and appropriate tools for SPI. These actions should be based on the software process requirements from relevant sources. Therefore, this research proposes a SPI-CMMI framework that provides an overall process improvement strategy to be implemented in any software development organization more effectively and comprehensively. The proposed model based on applying assessment and improvement procedures through adopting the CMMI-DEV 1.3 model using six sigma approach and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) technique.
